Main floor description

E3 building has an exclusive character combined with large space, which gives a lot of reasons to enjoy it.

Location of day and private zones on different floors heightens the sense of comfort and joy coming from owning a house.

A living room with dining area, where we can spend nice time with our family, constitutes a central and most important place on the main floor.
It’s open to the kitchen and, as a result, better connection between these two parts of the building is gained as well as the sense of spaciousness is increased.

A pantry has been cut into from the kitchen in order to store different kinds of groceries and kitchen appliances.

Location of a bathroom and boiler room on the north side highlights energy-efficient character of the building. Additionally, such a solution improves functionality of these rooms.

A boiler room can serve as a drying area.

Upper floor plan description

On the upper floor there is a master bedroom, with its private closet and bathroom. It is a really interesting solution for people who appreciate privacy and comfort of utilization.

There are also two smaller bedrooms and a bathroom.

A very big terrace is a perfect place for meetings in summer months.

Going to the terrace is possible from the master bedroom, the second bedroom and the hall.

Detail description

Heat conductivity (coefficient U) in well-designed building for individual partitions should be at similar level in order to limit heat losses caused by the weakest partition.

This is the reason why each partition in Ecoline is as good as other ones in the same building.
