Description of a floor plan

This modernist building’s entrance is located on the north side, in the place where the elevation is set back. It’s a very practical solution because the building is protected from overheating in summer while in winter it protects against snow and rain.

This one-storey building has been divided into two zones: private (night) and day ones. Private zone consists of two bedrooms- bigger master bedroom and smaller one for a child.

Both bedrooms are illuminated well. A living room, kitchen, bathroom, boiler room and game room comprise a day zone.

Perfectly situated living room and kitchen with a separate pantry are suitable for families who appreciate sun rays after coming back from work or school. The kitchen is open to the living room. As a result, the interior becomes light. And, a large area of glazings in these rooms elicits positive emotions. Due to entrance location, game room can function as an office but when family is expecting the second child, it can be changed into a bedroom.

If the family is planning two children from the beginning, it’s enough to exchange location of bathroom with game room and then, we receive an additional bedroom in a private zone. E1 is equipped with a big and comfortable terrace where we can go from a master bedroom and a living room. On the west side there is a smaller terrace, available from a child’s room.

Detail description

Heat conductivity (coefficient U) in well-designed building for individual partitions should be at similar level in order to limit heat losses caused by the weakest partition. This is the reason why each partition in Ecoline is as good as other ones in the same building.
